the long waiting news is here....i did not get my promotion again after waited for 4yrs...i told myself i hv to do something.

during my PA wif him, i ask him abt my rating why it was not wat i expected. he told me is overall assesment but i dun believe as i oredi know the reason behind it. if u say tat i din do enuf to earn the promotion, den the more i shldn't do so much. i ask myself and many others ard me if i hv done enuf for him and the dept, the answer is always more den wat i shld do. even colleagues frm other divisions told me tat...can't believe everyone knows wat i've done except him! Sad!!!!

dun understand why those pple who did nothing can get promoted so fast, every year! OMG, wat am i doing here den???

i really hope he will not get someone who only know how to talk and dunno how to do work to lead INB team. if tis happen, everyone in tat team will leave...sigh...why he only see those pple who suck up to him or who know how to "manja" to him and dun see those pple who really work???

Sad....
