the long waiting news is here....i did not get my promotion again after waited for 4yrs...i told myself i hv to do something.
during my PA wif him, i ask him abt my rating why it was not wat i expected. he told me is overall assesment but i dun believe as i oredi know the reason behind it. if u say tat i din do enuf to earn the promotion, den the more i shldn't do so much. i ask myself and many others ard me if i hv done enuf for him and the dept, the answer is always more den wat i shld do. even colleagues frm other divisions told me tat...can't believe everyone knows wat i've done except him! Sad!!!!
dun understand why those pple who did nothing can get promoted so fast, every year! OMG, wat am i doing here den???
i really hope he will not get someone who only know how to talk and dunno how to do work to lead INB team. if tis happen, everyone in tat team will leave...sigh...why he only see those pple who suck up to him or who know how to "manja" to him and dun see those pple who really work???
Sad....

it has been a long time again since i last blog...sigh...dunnno wat i'm bz wif...
Eventful March
On 2 March, i went to watch Spickwick, a show like Harry potter. the tickets were given by CISCO so went wif Renee, Xav and Vin. while Renee went to collect the free popcorn and drinks, i thot i went in first to "chop" seats cos 1st come 1st sit. guess wat, i went into the wrong theatre!!! it shld b theatre 11 but i went into theatre 1...wahahaha...until Renee called and say why she can't go in den realise we went into wrong place...hahaha...
On 8 March, went to help Chi on her t-shirt painting wif Children society. tho a tiring day but was fun. met someone tat really look like Xav! juz tat he is taller and older den him.
On 9 March, Jessie's wedding!!! long waited day has arrive. went there ard 3pm as she has arranged for makeup artist to makeup for us. i become veri pretty and get along veri well (as usual) wif everyone, including the makeup artist, photographer and hotel staff...hehehe...thot i juz went there to assist her cos she told me nothing much for me to do so i thot i go there KLKK but hor in the end i help her alot wo! the best part is i'm suppose to bring the flower girl, Kit Kit in. she was veri anxious to go in den in the end when the door finally open, she refuse to go in. Cos she thot the dry ice is on fire!!! she keep saying, so much smoke, quick run, help...help...! wahahaha....
On 14 March, my boss finally have a PA session wif me. i was sad cos i din not get wat i deserve. all he gave me was a good and merit. sad cos i thot he will give me outstanding...
On 17 March, Clara and Katherine got promoted. Clara got promoted, i'm veri happy for her but Katherine got promoted, i'm not happy cos she is not doing alot of things and within 3yrs, she got promoted 3 times!!! and me 4yrs, nothing...nothing for me...and i've help out in dunno how many roadshow, quarterly update and taking care of 22F...sigh...心灰一冷
everybody can tell me comforting words but i know i myself hv to go thru tis myself, nobody can help me.
