went for my offsite on fri. it's a super pack 2 days event. woke up at 6am and andrew is kind enuf to send me to the ferry terminal. he came at 7am and we reach TMFT at 7.20am. had breakfast and ready to check everyone in when melissa arrive. (melissa is the pic frm focus adventure). gave out the gifts and guess wat, person took 2 instead of 1 and in the end some of them din get bcos of those pple lor...sigh..so greedy.
board the ferry, everyone so excited. when we reach there, everyone seems ok, nobody seasick. we took the bus and arrive at camp challenge for our own mtg. haha...we were ahead of time and hence hv to ask focus pple to come in to do some energizers and get everyone into the mood b4 we proceed for lunch.
after lunch, we had the low elements games. 1st game still ok but 2nd game, we start to hv casualties...they are hurt by the low tree trunks. andrew is the worse. his cut is super deep and blood keep oozing out frm the wound. next is alice. she oso hv a cut. me as a first aid lady lah, help dressing andrew's wound. thot focus will help in the end no lor, we hv to do ourselves. lucky KK brought his first aid box. thot azhar but din come over to help until we finish everything and upon boss request den he come over...
i was feeling giddy so din play but after tat decided to play along cos since all the way there liao it will b a waste dun play along. din know i'm so gd...right knee ache after tat.
after tat, went back to hotel to check everyone in. after distributing all the keys, went back to my room to shower. Lee Peng bath 1st so tat she can go deco the dinner place.
by the time i went for dinner, i'm so tired tat i'm super stone liao. slower respond when pple ask me questions..hahaha...
the dinner was gd and fun. our dept pple really gd man...all so relax liao. by the time, the games end, everybody super high liao and all starts to drink like nobody biz. all siao liao and it's everyone birthday so hv to drink (cos it's Nick's birthday). saw tis, Lee Peng, KK and myself quickly pack up and went back to our rooms liao...dun wan to get caught cos the next day got to wake up at 6am. OMG! 6am!!
after tat proceed for breakfast den mit at 7.30am to go to the other camp site for the pyramid challenge. my boss cannot wake up so the 2nd batch got to wait for him.
actually dun wan to join in but since team 1 got 5 paxs i join them (u nid 6 a team). KK join us too but during the 3rd obstacle, his back can't take it liao so he gave up. while waiting for him to go down, we hv to hang ourselves at the obstacle. my legs, arms and knee really painful man! and by the time i reach the 4th obstacl, my left leg numb.
finish all the way up the pyramid and rang the bell after tat took the flying fox down...tell u...tat was a super experience man!!! when u r abt to jump, u r really scare man but once u jump, u will want to jump another time....
the most diffcult obstacle is actually the log tat u nid to balance urself. i almost fell cos KK was shivering and pass his weight to me so me can't balance. i think tat y his back hurts. he veri funni say tat's when he know how much he love his wife!! wahahaha....
i was super pissed when at obstacle 2 and last. the guy is really 1 kind man. yell at us when we are abt to reach the last obstacle. 1 guy told us to go up one by one, so when jen climb up, the guy say y u climb up. den he say climb up, so i start to climb and he start yelling, all climb together...??? too much rite. so i told shan (pic for our offsite) tat i'll complain to melissa...
after i came down, i had a talk wif shan & another andrew. told him tat his pple nid to b counsel. Yang, their facilitator, oso another one. he told us off when we were doing warm up for the pyramid. the day b4 he told me tat facilitator dun carry our bags. but hor, he din even carry our bags lor! it's me who carry and the rest pass it into the function room. I ask Joe(camera guy) for help and he is kind enuf to help me pass the bags.
so damn angry! andrew ask me to write letter to his office i told him u send someone to see me. i'll not write the letter.
the ferry back was not as choppy as the one i went for site recce. can consider quite smooth liao...
after we arrive, andrew send me home... Home Sweet Home! I miss my bed...ko at 11pm.
